Cloud Operations Engineer (all genders)

In this role you configure, maintain and monitor cloud-based software systems, primarily on Azure or AWS. You’ll diagnose issues, coordinate with the engineering team, and handle second-level incidents while shaping the IT environment in client projects. The position emphasizes hands-on cloud administration, collaboration, and continuous improvement in agile settings. You’ll engage with modern tech topics like infrastructure as code and CI/CD, contributing to both internal and customer environments.

• Configure, maintain and monitor cloud-based software systems
• Analyze causes of problems and implement solutions
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams
• Process incidents in second-level support
• Contribute to development and coordination of IT environments for PRODYNA and customers

• Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon AWS
• Comfort with command line
• Interest in infrastructure as code and CI/CD
• Experience with GitHub or development platforms
• Strong communication and implementation skills
• Fluent German and very good English; comfortable in agile teams
