Our quality is not negotiable and always meets the requirements of the development of medical devices. We strive to improve the accessibility and easiness of automation in every lab. You will work in a cross‑functional team of Software and Verification Engineers, Usability and Regulatory Experts, Project Lead and Quality Engineer.

This is a hands‑on role focused on designing, implementing and managing cloud‑based solutions that align with the organization’s business goals and technical requirements.

Your background

• Bachelor or Master of Sc. or in a related technical field of study
• Several years of experience in software development in complex, distributed web applications
• Expertise in Software Architecture, Cloud-Based Solutions and Data Engineering
• Knowledge and experience in the development and description of software and system architecture, architecture principles, design pattern, etc.
• Proficiency in major cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and cloud services including computing and storage services, networking, databases, and serverless computing
• Familiarity with virtualization and containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes
• Very good communication skills in English, spoken and written. German language is an advantage.

Tasks and Activities

• Develop cloud‑based solution concepts and architecture in diverse projects in alignment with business objectives
• Cooperate with IT and other stakeholders and contribute to the development of a solid cloud strategy and reliable and scalable cloud infrastructure
• Continuously monitor and optimise cloud infrastructure and applications for performance and efficiency
• System / software architecture review and governance across platforms and products
• Feasibility studies, evaluation of novel concepts and technology scouting
• Contribution to the efficiency of our development environment by effective engineering processes, adequate toolchain and automation
