Cloud Software Engineer (m/f/d)

In this role, you will contribute to the Cloud Applications team by designing and delivering cloud-based infrastructure and observability tooling. You will work on distributed services, data streaming, and IaC across modern agile, cross-functional teams. The position focuses on building scalable cloud solutions and enabling seamless deployment and operation. • Define and implement cloud infrastructure and observability tooling
• Support and development of shared development utilities
• Create and maintain automation processes
• Implement cloud services and develop holistic software modules
• Support deployment and continuous integration and deployment processes
• Collaborate in interdisciplinary agile teams
• Ensure DevOps - you build it, you run it

• Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 3 years of software development experience
• Proficient use of agentic AI tools for workflow automation, problem-solving, and software development
• At least 2 years’ experience with cloud technologies and providers (Azure, AWS, GCP), cloud tooling (Containers, Kubernetes, Grafana Cloud), and Terraform
• Proficiency in developing cloud-native frameworks such as Terraform custom providers
• Experience in software development with Java, C# or Golang and CI
• Familiarity with storage technologies and distributed software development
• Excellent German and English communication skills
• High motivation and ability to collaborate in agile teams
