This innovative practice is designed to offer personalized and accessible care by maintaining a lower patient volume, with a maximum panel of approximately 300 patients.

Practice Overview

• Location: South Carolina
• Patient Demographics: Ages 6 months to 64 years
• Care Delivery: Primarily telemedicine with limited house calls
• Services Offered: Comprehensive primary and preventive care, chronic disease management, and minor in-office procedures such as simple laceration repair, incision and drainage, and ear irrigation.
• Practice Phase: Startup, currently building patient panel
• Marketing Strategy: Professional website, social media, Google Business profile, and word-of-mouth referrals

• Experience: Nearly four years in urgent care and primary care settings
• Role: Managing both pediatric and adult patients
