Endospheres Germany, the official German branch of Fenix Group, is expanding its commercial network across Germany.

We are looking for ambitious, self-employed Commercial Agents who want to represent one of the world's leading brands in aesthetic medical technology and build their own successful business.

Your Responsibilities

• Acquire new B2B customers within your assigned territory.
• Build long-term relationships with aesthetic clinics, physicians, physiotherapy practices, wellness centres and premium beauty institutes.
• Conduct professional product demonstrations and consultations.
• Represent Endospheres at customer meetings, workshops and industry events.
• Work closely with our sales, marketing and clinical training teams to drive sustainable growth.

Who We're Looking For

• Self-employed Commercial Agent (Handelsvertreter) or experienced B2B sales professional.
• Existing network in beauty, medical aesthetics, healthcare or medical devices is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sales.
• Fluent German and willingness to travel within your territory.

What We Offer

• Independent long-term commercial partnership.
• Earn up to 15% commission on successful sales , depending on the agreed commercial conditions.
• Quarterly performance bonus of up to €5,500 for outstanding sales results, subject to the applicable bonus programme and target achievement.
