ATCP acts as owner representative thus managing, leasing and optimising the commercial real estate portfolio, which, in addition to typical office properties, also includes industrial, logistics and retail properties. The Commercial Development function drives the commercial logic and portfolio-level value creation of the Conversion Unit. The role focuses on identifying scalable use-cases, initiating economically viable conversion strategies and orchestrating the early project phases to create decision-ready opportunities.
