Eaton’s Mobility team is seeking a Commercial Excellence Director, as a key driver in supporting the enterprise’s growth ambitions.
Eaton announced, on June 11, 20206, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the transaction closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.
Eaton’s Mobility team is seeking Commercial Excellence Director. This role is a key driver in supporting the enterprise’s growth ambitions. This role combines deep sales expertise with advanced process design and technology strategy. The individual will lead the implementation of Salesforce as our primary CRM platform, identify complementary tools or modules, and establish a clear roadmap for transformation. This role will design, optimize, and govern our ideal conversion process from lead generation to sale. A critical aspect of this role is bringing together senior regional sales leads and other key cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption across the organization.
This is a globally operating role, with the preferred location at one of the Mobility Group Headquarter sites - Southfield (Detroit), Michigan in the US, Valinhos in Brazil, or Turin in Italy.

Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package based on applicable skills, knowledge and experience, and aligned with internal and external market practices. Italy: Gross annual salary range EUR 110,000 - EUR 161,370.
