Purpose of the Job

Analyze sales and market data to help sales and marketing executives formulate strategies. Check and assess all information concerning markets and customers to ensure the company's competitive edge. Check and assess sales volume and potential contribution of the company via the network and all market sectors to ensure development of proper marketing strategies. Develop and keep close working relationships with sales and marketing departments. Ensure the maintenance of market share and contribute to the ability of the company to seize all opportunities as they arise. Take part in the development of customized promotional initiatives aimed at providing set margins. Strengthen the company brand among customers. Coordinate with the press and carry out simple public relations activities. Check projects, budgets, and forecast related to forthcoming promotions.

Role Summary:

As Commercial & Field Operations Specialist (m/w/d), you monitor market performance, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate closely with National Sales Companies to improve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Through data-driven analysis and strategic initiatives, you support the sustainable growth of Hyundai's European Aftersales business.

We want you to:

• Monitor Genuine Parts & Accessories sales performance across European National Sales Companies (NSCs) and ensure alignment with Aftersales strategy and commercial objectives
• Analyze sales performance, KPIs, market trends, and profitability to identify performance gaps and actionable growth opportunities
• Collaborate closely with local markets to improve commercial performance and support the successful execution of sales initiatives and campaigns
• Develop recommendations based on data analysis and share best practices across markets to drive continuous improvement
• Support strategic planning initiatives that strengthen Genuine Parts & Accessories sales, profitability, and long-term business growth
• Participate in commercial decision-making processes and recommend actions to improve sales performance and operational effectiveness
• Act as a key escalation point for Aftersales product-related topics and coordinate with Hyundai Service Centers (HSCs), distributors, and internal stakeholders to resolve commercial issues
• Drive customer satisfaction initiatives that strengthen customer loyalty and support sustainable business performance
• Monitor profitability, margin development, and commercial performance to ensure achievement of financial targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Aftersales, Sales, Marketing, and Headquarters to deliver aligned commercial strategies and business objectives

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in automotive Aftersales, commercial operations, or sales performance management, preferably within an international environment
• Solid understanding of Genuine Parts & Accessories business, Aftersales operations, sales KPIs, and commercial performance management
• Strong commercial acumen with a sound understanding of automotive business models and profitability drivers
• Excellent analytical skills with experience working with large and complex datasets to generate business insights and recommendations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or comparable data analysis tools; familiarity with AI assistant applications is an advantage
• Strong project planning and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across multicultural and cross-functional teams
• Results-oriented, detail-focused, and proactive with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Willingness to travel internationally as required
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage
