Commercial Finance Business Partner

Commercial Finance Analyst (DACH) | Germany | Hybrid

We're looking for a Commercial Finance Business Partner to join a dynamic international organisation supporting the DACH region. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys taking ownership and wants to make a real impact within a growing business.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities for the DACH commercial business.
• Prepare monthly budget versus actual analyses and provide actionable financial insight.
• Deliver ad hoc reporting on sales, costs, products and customers to support business decision.
• Support Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Drive process improvements and ensure smooth financial operations across the business.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders, including Shared Service Centres, commercial teams and global finance.
• Support audits and external reporting by providing financial information and analysis.
• Act as a trusted finance partner to the business, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and improved performance.

What we're looking for:

• Around 3–5 years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Controlling or Finance Business Partnering.
• Experience working within an international, multinational organization with shared service or outsourced finance function.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting and commercial reporting.
• A proactive, autonomous approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Comfortable working in a complex matrix organization and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle JDE is a plus, but not essential).
• Fluent in German and English (both are required).
