Responsibilities

• Strategic development of existing and new sales partnerships.
• Planning and optimization of commerce processes, systems and sales channels.
• Leading cross‑functional digitalisation and transformation projects.
• Functional and managerial leadership as well as staff development.
• Managing commission, incentive, conditioning and subsidy processes.
• Preparing management analyses and decision templates for national and international leadership.
• Representing the department in local and global executive‑level meetings.

Qualifications

• University degree in business administration or equivalent, preferably with automotive background.
• Several years of professional experience, or comparable training.
• Experience in functional and managerial leadership of teams.
• Strong communication skills in German, both internal and external.
• Experience in steering and leading projects.
• Excellent knowledge of the automotive sector and full‑service leasing.
• Analytical and results‑oriented mindset.
• Very good English language skills.
