Position Overview

Commercial Project Manager (m/w/d) in Bochum, NW, DE – Full‑time, on site. Key Responsibilities

• Commercial project management in collaboration with the technical project leadership and relevant departments.
• Planning and controlling costs and key performance indicators to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Managing contracts and claims, proactively addressing risks and opportunities.
• Maintaining regular communication with project owners and international clients.
• Coaching project managers on commercial matters and actively improving processes.
• Handling payment securities such as letters of credit and guarantees in cooperation with Group Treasury.
• Project reporting and monthly/annual financial close related to projects.

Required Profile

• Completed degree in economics or a comparable commercial qualification.
• Professional experience in commercial project management within the infrastructure sector.
• Fluency in German and English; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
• Proficiency in Office365 and experience with SAP.
• Strong negotiation skills, decisiveness, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
