Commercial Real Estate Manager (all genders)

• Commercial management of residential and commercial properties
• Letting of residential and commercial units, including move-in and move-out handovers
• Supporting and liaising with tenants, service providers, and property owners
• Administration of lease agreements and maintenance of tenant records
• Contract and amendment management, including the implementation of rent adjustments
• Completed vocational training as a Real Estate Specialist or Real Estate Administrator (m/f/d), combined with relevant professional experience, or
• Several years of experience in the management of residential and commercial properties
• Conscientious, responsible, and cost-conscious approach to work
• Reliable and resilient working style, professional communication skills, and strong team spirit
• Structured, organized, and self-motivated way of working
• Proficiency in common Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of SAP is an advantage
