Commercial Risk Manager

• Support in conducting risk analyses of our construction sites
• Review of financial metrics and project forecasts to assess opportunities and risks
• Participation in measures to minimize risks and support project teams on individual matters
• Review and analysis of contract documents and derivation of recommended actions
• Review of tender documents for completeness and economic viability
• Documentation of pricing decisions within project and bid meetings
• Support in further developing the Risk Management staff unit and its processes
• Responsibility for the development and maintenance of reporting tools to present project progress

Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration or a related field
• Initial practical experience in controlling and/or working with ERP systems
• Affinity for project-based work, strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
• Willingness to travel occasionally for project and site visits
