Commercial Strategy Manager (m/w/d)

In this role you will support data-driven decision making within 1&1’s commercial team. You will develop and refine commercial models to support pricing, business cases, and strategic initiatives, while evaluating new products and market opportunities. You will translate complex data into clear insights for senior stakeholders and help forecast and track performance across initiatives. You will collaborate with technical, finance, and strategy teams to align commercial and technical perspectives, and proactively explore new topics in telecom. • Develop, maintain, and improve commercial models for pricing, business cases, and strategy
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to assess products, partnerships, technologies, and markets
• Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Support forecasting, scenario analysis, and performance tracking across commercial initiatives
• Collaborate with technical, finance, and strategy teams to bridge commercial and technical perspectives
• Proactively explore new topics within telecom and demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt

• Bachelor and/or Master degree in Management, Engineering, Communications, Economics, or related fields
• Strong analytical and modelling ability with complex spreadsheets and structured data
• Excellent command of Excel (scenario modelling, data logic, well-structured models); additional tools a plus
• Structured, detail-oriented thinker with ability to see the bigger picture
• Curious, eager to learn, and comfortable with unfamiliar topics
