Are you a sales star ready to conquer London’s property market? Join Apex Airspace as a Commission-Only Sales Consultant and sign landlords onto our guaranteed rent scheme—earning £250 per property. Secure 10 properties to unlock a full-time Property Consultant role at £30,000/year, then scale to 50 properties for a salary boost to £38,700/year, including visa sponsorship (Skilled Worker visa) if needed.

Based in London, we lease properties from landlords and sublet to councils for temporary accommodation or list on Airbnb, tapping into soaring demand for short-term housing. Work flexibly, earn uncapped commissions and get free training to accelerate your success.

What You’ll Do

• Source landlords and pitch our guaranteed rent scheme (fixed income, zero voids).
• Secure signed contracts for properties meeting our criteria and earn £250 per contracted property - no limit on your sign-ups.

Earning Potential

• Commission: £250 per property (e.g., 5 properties/month = £1,250, 10 = £2,500, 50 = £12,500).

Full-Time Role:

• Secure 10 properties within 6 months, transition to £30,000/year + benefits as a Property Consultant.
• Reach 50 properties, for a salary increase to £38,700/year with visa sponsorship if required.
