Description

As a Commissioning HVAC/Mechanical Manager, you will be part of our Quality & Commissioning team. With your technical expertise and project management skills, you ensure that projects are planned and managed in a coordinated manner across all phases of the commissioning process.

Responsibilities

Act as the Single Point of Contact (POC) for all HVAC and Utilities commissioning activities.
Ensure compliance with PTW, SSOW, and LOTO systems, and all related safety processes.
Plan system breakdowns for piping and cabling within your scope of responsibility.
Coordinate and manage issue and punch lists, ensuring timely closure.
CRAC/CRAH/fan-wall Systems.
In depth knowledge of Air cooled and liquid cooled facility principle knowledge/CDU systems/FCU, VRV, VRF systems.
Sprinkler and LSS systems.
BMS/BAS system.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/master’s degree in engineering (5+ years’ practical direct MEP commissioning/commissioning management experience).
Experience in Data Centers.
Ability to identify and quantify completion risks.
Strong commercial and business acumen.
Clear written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
