Commissioning Manager (CXM) – Data Centre | Contract

We’re looking for an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead delivery on a major hyperscale data centre project in Frankfurt (Offenbach). This is a long-term contract running through to 2028, offering strong continuity on a flagship mission critical build.

The Role

• Lead mechanical & electrical commissioning across the project
• Deliver commissioning in line with Level 3 (system-level) plans
• Coordinate closely with the GC, client, and project teams
• Drive system completion, testing, and handover
• Resolve commissioning issues and keep delivery on track
• Report progress into senior project leadership

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ commissioning experience
• Experience as CXM / Lead Commissioning Engineer
• Hands‑on knowledge of UPS, generators, switchgear, cooling systems
• Strong client‑facing and stakeholder management skills
• Practical, delivery‑focused mindset

The Details

• Long‑term project (through 2028)
• Rotation: Alternate early Friday finishes (10–4 style)
