As part of our Communications & Marketing team , we are looking for an experienced Communications Specialist to support our internal and external communication activities during a 1‑year maternity cover. This role offers a hands‑on opportunity to work in a global, dynamic environment, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across regions.

Your profile

• 1–3 years of experience in communications or event planning , preferably within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry , in an international context
• Strong experience in corporate video production , including hands‑on expertise with editing tools
• Fluent in English ; additional languages are an advantage
• Able to work effectively under tight deadlines and collaborate with senior stakeholders
• Highly organised , proactive, and comfortable working independently
• A critical thinker with a solution‑oriented mindset
• Strong multicultural awareness and sensitivity when working in a global organisation

Your key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of internal and external events , in close coordination with global teams
• Manage and oversee the production and inventory of marketing materials , including brochures and merchandising items
• Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials to DFE Pharma’s global locations
• Create audiovisual content for internal and external channels, including:
  • Video vlogs and promotional videos
  • Internal photoshoots
  • Product and corporate photography
