You will support our team in effectively and efficiently planning and creating communication measures that inspire our colleagues across multiple communication channels. This position is limited (fixed-term contract) until February 2028.Your responsibilitiesLead cross-media communication campaigns and ensure a consistent corporate tone across channelsDevelop and implement communication measures to drive ZDP’s portfolio within the ZEISS worldCreate and manage content for internal and external communication channels, including social media and employee communication platforms such as Viva Engage or Employee NewsProvide strategic communication consulting to ZDP units and stakeholdersSupport the planning and communication of events such as town halls, workshops, and conferencesDrive communication initiatives related to mindset shift, change, and digital transformationExplore and apply AI-supported approaches for communication operations and processesCollaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and service providersMeasure and optimize communication effectiveness through KPIsYour Profile2-4 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, marketing, or event communicationDegree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism, or a related fieldPassion for communications, digital technologies, and digital transformationExperience in developing multimedia communication campaigns and managing projectsStrong understanding of digital and data-related topicsSolid knowledge of communication and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Intranet, or Viva EngageInterest in modern communication approaches, including AI-supported communication tools and processesStrong communication and moderation skills, with the ability to connect corporate and technical audiencesGood MS Office skills; experience with Adobe Creative Suite or newsletter/intranet tools is a plusProven usage of AI Tools within communication processes or operations is a plusFluent in German and EnglishYour ZEISS Recruiting Team:Markus Repp
