Community Management Associate (Fully Remote)

• Develop and document a community management playbook for Wikipedia and the Wikimedia Foundation.
• Experiment with and evolve each brand's social tone of voice that resonates with global audiences.
• Surface and amplify community stories, milestones, and impact moments.
• Stay current with social media platform innovations, new features, and emerging trends.
• Recommend and test community management and social listening tools to improve responsiveness.
• Contribute to experimentation and reporting to shape a data-informed approach.

Operational Support:

• Track and report on engagement performance, community sentiment, and emerging discussions.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with distributed, remote teams across time zones.
• Assist in tracking which community management tactics resonate and help shape growth strategy.
