Community Manager — Core Team Role with Equity Stake

Responsibilities

• Curate event magic
• Identify and handpick the hottest, most exclusive events to keep our feed exciting
• Work with event organizers so baesh always hears about what’s happening first
• Lead and grow your niche community
• Bring people together through events, content, and partnerships
• Develop social media content for your niche
• Grow our community love
• Connect personally with users online and in real life to strengthen baesh’s presence
• Plan and host local baesh events that create unforgettable memories for our users
• Build relationships like a pro
• Onboard B2B partners and negotiate contracts with business partners
• Negotiate and collaborate with influencers and content creators to amplify our presence and authenticity
• Ensure seamless integration of partner events and content on our platform
• Manage a team
• Lead and mentor community interns to ensure they contribute effectively to outreach, engagement, and content

Requirements

• Based in Berlin: You know the culture, vibes, and events that truly matter.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
• Content-creation mindset: You see social media as a powerful tool, not a chore.
• Entrepreneurial mentality: You don’t wait for tasks — you create opportunities and take full ownership of your role.
• Preferred qualifications: A background in event management, communications, marketing, or sales is a plus but not required.
• Passion or experience in sales — you understand how to build partnerships and close deals.
• B2B drive: You’re motivated to develop business relationships and convince companies to partner with baesh.
• Proven experience building or managing communities (professional or personal projects).
• Social media savvy — familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and Gen Z trends.
