A Snapshot of Your Day In this role, you'll play a key part in enhancing our integrated plant engineering environment by designing and implementing robust data models and system configurations. Your time is split between designing and refining data models, configuring the platform, and troubleshooting issues with colleagues and users. You engage with international stakeholders to ensure seamless data integration and consistent system performance. Regularly, you document changes, create training materials, and support end users to improve their daily workflows. Throughout the day, you balance focused technical work with collaborative problem-solving to drive continuous improvement How You'll Make an Impact Collaborate with the Electrical Systems development team to design and implement advanced data models for electrical engineering systems using COMOS Collaborate closely with the user community in the Electrical Systems team to troubleshoot and resolve data inconsistencies and system integration challenges, driving continuous improvement Configure and customize the COMOS platform to optimize performance, including developing tailored document templates, engineering objects, and calculation routines Partner with cross-functional teams in an international setting to maintain data integrity, manage migration strategies, and integrate engineering data with other enterprise applications Develop and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and support guides to empower end users What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related technical field Proven experience in electrical systems design with hands-on expertise in COMOS or comparable engineering platforms Strong capabilities in data modeling, system configuration, and customization within COMOS or similar tools Knowledge of scripting, automation, and API integration to streamline engineering processes Completion of Siemens COMOS certification courses (Electrical Engineering, Platform, Administration) or equivalent experience preferred Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a proactive mindset and fluency in German and English About the Team Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization.
