What To Expect

This role is temporary – 12-month fixed contract. We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile professional to join our Compensation team. This role will serve as a critical operational expert for the Compensation function—partnering with stakeholders when needed, supporting core compensation processes, and building expertise in Tesla’s equity (stock) programs to support employees. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both hands‑on execution, is organized, can support creating scalable solutions, understands designing for user experience, and is interested in developing expertise in a specialized HR function.

What You'll Do

• Support global and local Compensation Program development, improvement and delivery for (not limited to):
  • Compensation program implementation
  • Job Architecture delivery
  • Market benchmarking initiatives
  • Tool and system improvements
  • Delivery of local monthly and quarterly local programs
• Identify opportunities to improve compensation processes to ensure program effectiveness and execute improvements
• Serve as a ‘go‑to’ resource for Equity program processes, guidelines, and education
• Collaborate with partners and stakeholders on project delivery, managing multiple work streams, and competing priorities
• Contribute to the implementation and communication of compensation programs
• Collaborate across departments, building a professional network within HR and related functions
• Act as a backup Compensation Partner for business lines as needed (e.g., during capacity gaps, peak cycles) providing analytical assistance and guidance on compensation-related matters

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of professional experience in face‑paced high growth environments, with an interest in or experience with HR programs and processes
• Proactive mentality with a hands‑on approach
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Strong presentation development skills (PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, with attention to detail
• A fluent and an effective communicator in German and English (min. C1)
• Able to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced, and evolving setting
