Competition Lawyer - Excellent Law firm. 2-4yrs post bar

We are seeking Competition Lawyers for our client an award-winning Law firm & competition practice, where you will work alongside market-leading experts.

This role offers the opportunity to advise prestigious German and international clients on high-stakes issues at the intersection of law and economics. Your Key Responsibilities

• Antitrust Litigation: Act on both the claimant and defence sides in complex claims and cases.
• Digital Markets: Advise on emerging regulatory frameworks, including the Digital Markets Act (DMA) and its impact on platform services.
• Regulatory Proceedings: Represent clients in antitrust investigations and administrative fine proceedings before the German Federal Cartel Office (Bundeskartellamt) and the European Commission.
• Transaction Support: Provide critical support for M&A activities, specifically in merger control and investment control .
• Compliance: Develop and implement antitrust compliance organisations and conduct internal audits to mitigate risk for global enterprises.
