Completions Coordinator (Onshore Landstation)

In this role you will drive the Completions discipline on onshore EPC projects, acting as a knowledge resource and coordinating system handover packages. You will work closely with project teams and clients to ensure data integrity, punch lists, and ready-for-startup activities are completed in the designated Completions Management System. You will translate complex engineering information for diverse stakeholders and support handover to the client. The position sits within the broader energy delivery effort, contributing to safe, efficient project completion and handover milestones.

• Coordinate development of system packages and handover documentation with Project team and Client
• Ensure data integrity in the selected Completions Management System (PIMS) per the Completions Plan
• Oversee walk-downs, punch lists, and preservation activities for Mechanical Completion and Ready for Commissioning/Start-Up
• Prepare and maintain Master Punch Lists and Exception Lists for each package
• Interface with Sub-contractors, Vendors, and Third Parties to align completion activities
• Assist Site QA/QC in compiling final handover documentation for Client submission
• Coordinate preparation and upkeep of progress reports for distribution
• Support preservation, maintenance, and handover package compilation
• Communicate project requirements clearly to engineers and non-engineers
• Coordinate completion activities across Quality, Construction, Commissioning, and Client
• Set up and populate completion progress in PIMS and ensure sign-offs

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Petroleum Engineering or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in completions management for onshore EPC projects
• Experience in Oil & Gas or Power industry in a Completions role
• Experience with PIMS or other Completions Management System (desirable)
• Understanding of P&IDs, SLDs, I&C architectures, telecom diagrams, and plot plans
• Broad technical knowledge of construction and commissioning activities
• Strong understanding of handover, walk-down, and punch listing processes
• Experience compiling system/hand-over packages
• Good preservation and maintenance understanding
• Proficient in MS Office; Power BI knowledge useful
• Good presentation and communication skills for meetings with Construction and Client
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability to multiple discipline groups
• Ability to communicate project requirements clearly to various stakeholders
