Compliance Manager (f/m/d)

I am partnering with a leading international service provider, specialising in a wide range of industrial solutions across Europe. The company offers a comprehensive portfolio of services, supporting businesses with innovative, sustainable, and high-quality solutions. Headquartered in Germany, the organisation employs more than 10,000 people across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end all compliance-related topics for the group internationally
• Manage the compliance management system and develop it as the company grows and changes
• Implement regulatory measures and policies based on the legal environment
• Train teams in different geographical locations on compliance topics
• Lead investigations in cases of violations or misconduct
• Keep all compliance documentation up to date

Required skills and qualifications

• Degree in Law, LLM, or related area
• Experience working in an in-house legal & compliance role or in a law firm with the desire to move in-house
• OR experience in internal audit, internal control and investigation.
• Proven experience in building compliance frameworks and internal controls
• Excellent communication skills in German and English and strong business partnering skills
