Compliance Manager (Fully Remote)

• Execute quarterly compliance testing and quality control reviews to ensure audit-defensibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on compliance reviews for new product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Lead day-to-day governance of the Compliance Management System including BSA/AML oversight and regulatory change tracking.

What You’ll Bring to Engine:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in fintech, banking, or regulated financial services compliance.
• Working knowledge of BSA/AML, Regulation Z, UDAAP, and compliance testing/monitoring.
• Tech-savvy with experience in Salesforce, JIRA, or compliance automation tools.

Compensation:

• Competitive base pay ranging from $72,300 to $100,000 USD, plus equity and variable pay opportunities.
