Conference Producer (German & English Speaking)

Our client is looking an experienced Conference Producer to develop market-leading conferences across the DACH region. This is far more than event planning. You'll become a topic expert in industries including pharmaceuticals, energy, finance, defence and intelligent automation, researching the topics that matter most, building relationships with industry leaders, and creating conferences attended by senior decision-makers from some of the world's leading organisations.

As a Conference Producer, you'll own the entire content development process from idea through to live event.

Your responsibilities include:

Research emerging business trends through market analysis, industry reports and interviews with senior executives
Design commercially successful conference programmes that solve real business challenges
Recruit high-profile industry speakers and thought leaders
Identify new conference concepts, product launches and growth opportunities across the DACH portfolio
Work closely with Sponsorship, Marketing and Sales teams to maximise commercial success
Build long-term relationships with executives, associations and industry influencers
Help shape marketing campaigns through compelling event content
Host and manage conferences, both live and virtual

You'll thrive in this role if you are:

Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken) - this is essential
An excellent researcher who enjoys learning about new industries and business trends
Confident speaking with senior executives over the phone
Curious, commercially aware and naturally organised
Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
Analytical with strong problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and eager to take ownership
