Construction Director - Germany - Data Centre

As Construction Director / Country Manager you will lead upgrades and refurbishments of live data centres across Germany, aligning delivery with the expanding European portfolio. Based near Frankfurt with remote/hybrid options, you’ll build and steer project teams across multiple sites to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery in occupied environments. You’ll shape multi-site programmes, manage risks, and maintain client satisfaction while working within a fast-growing, acquisition-driven organization.

• Build and lead project teams across live data centre upgrade schemes
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects in occupied environments
• Manage budgets, cost tracking and financial performance
• Plan and monitor project schedules and milestones
• identify, analyze and mitigate project risks
• Drive change management and ensure delivery to set quality criteria
• Proactively address project issues to successful closure
• Ensure client satisfaction and alignment with project goals

• Extensive Project Management experience in technical/construction environments
• Proven track record delivering projects in a live data centre environment
• Experience managing budgets and schedules across multiple projects
• Ability to manage risks and drive issue resolution
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Past engineering/trade qualification (advantageous)
• Minimum 5 years’ senior leadership experience in the data centre sector
• Good working knowledge of German language and EU work rights
