We are a nationwide engineering firm with over 125 employees at multiple locations. Our focus areas are infrastructure, water, transportation, and energy and telecommunications supply. From planning to implementation, we accompany demanding projects. At the Esslingen location, central organizational functions are consolidated. In this role, you support management and the teams in daily operations and coordinate processes across locations.

Job details

• Development of infrastructure measures for municipal and private clients as well as industrial companies
• Engineering services for municipal water management and traffic facilities (infrastructure)
• Independent processing of service phases 6 to 9 according to HOAI
• Participation in service phase 5
• Preparation of cost calculations
• Establishment and development of customer contacts
• Construction management in road construction and infrastructure measures
• Independent handling of construction sites within the framework of construction supervision
• Monitoring and compliance with quality and deadline requirements

Your profile

• Completed Bachelor's, Diploma, and/or Master's degree in civil engineering, alternatively construction technician, master craftsperson, or foreman with professional experience
• Several years of professional experience as construction manager desirable
• Preferably training as health and safety coordinator
• Communicative, planning, and organizational skills
• Creativity, sense of responsibility, and teamwork ability
• Customer orientation and reliability
• Knowledge of industry-standard specialist software
