We are looking to hire you as an experienced full-time TGA / HKLS Construction Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

Your tasks will be:

• Independent construction management and coordination of building services and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects
• Management and supervision of work on the construction site
• Coordination of the various trades, subcontractors, and project partners involved
• Ensuring Quality, Deadlines, and Workplace Safety
• Conducting and Facilitating Construction Meetings
• Reviewing and preparing quantity surveys, as well as providing support with billing
• Documentation of Construction Progress
• Conducting and Overseeing Acceptance Tests
• Defect Management and Tracking
• Support for Supplement Management
• Close coordination with project management, clients, and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

Your profile and our expectations:

• Completed vocational training; master craftsman or technician certification in the field of utilities engineering, building services engineering, HVAC/plumbing, or equivalent
• Practical experience in construction management or project management in the fields of building services engineering, HVAC, and piping systems
• Technical understanding and a structured, independent approach to work
• Confident demeanor when dealing with clients, subcontractors, and project partners
• Sense of Responsibility and Organizational Skills
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
• Class B driver's license
