Consultant AI & Digital Strategy (all genders)

Location: Berlin, Dresden, Frankfurt a.M., Cologne, Munich, or remote

Annual salary: 48.000 – 60.000€ gross

What you can expect

• You take end‑to‑end responsibility for digitalisation and AI programmes and sub‑programmes, including leading project teams and managing complex stakeholder environments.
• You design and steer digital transformation initiatives, including strategies for digital business models, enterprise architectures, and future IT strategies across all management levels.
• You develop integrated target pictures for digital, data, IT, and AI landscapes, including business cases and governance structures, and embed AI‑driven solutions into client organisations.
• You act as a trusted advisor to top‑management stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and guidance on strategic and technological decisions.
• You take ownership of commercial topics including proposals, project scoping, and financial steering, while actively contributing to portfolio development, methodologies, thought leadership, market development, and external representation.

Qualifications

• Excellent university degree (Master’s) in Business Administration, Information Systems, STEM, Psychology, or a related field.
• Initial practical experience in consulting, digitalisation, data, or AI through internships or entry‑level roles.
• Strong analytical and structured way of thinking and working.
• Very good German and English language skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, team spirit, initiative, and willingness to travel for project‑related work.
