Consultant | Consolidation & Planning Germany (all genders)

As an Implementation Consultant for Lucanet, you guide customers through consolidation, planning, and reporting implementations, ensuring delivery on scope, budget, and quality. You collaborate with the consulting delivery team across CFP, xP&A, BCM, and LA domains, working closely with customers’ finance and controlling teams from requirements to go-live. You apply AI capabilities to daily delivery and help customers adopt AI. You lead multiple projects, train users, and continuously improve delivery methods.

• Advise customers on consolidation, planning, and reporting using Lucanet solutions
• Deliver end-to-end implementations from requirements to go-live within defined scope and budget
• Own and run multiple projects with increasing independence in the CFP domain
• Apply AI in delivery and guide AI adoption for customers
• Manage parallel implementations with effective time and priority management
• Deliver software trainings to colleagues, customers, and partners to enable faster adoption
• Contribute to process and method improvements to raise consulting quality
• Communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders in English and German

• University degree in finance, accounting, controlling, or economics or comparable business training
• Experience in consulting, software implementation, or a finance function
• Knowledge of financial consolidation, planning, and reporting processes
• Experience in project-oriented environments with senior finance stakeholders
• Structured, self-organized work style with ability to manage several projects simultaneously
• Proven ability to work with software tools and apply AI-supported methods in project delivery
• Very good communication skills in English and German
