Consultant – construction and real estate projects, development advisory, development management

• Contribute to feasibility studies, site analyses and use concepts


• Support the coordination of interdisciplinary project teams


• Prepare decision-making documents and presentations, and monitor relevant project parameters


• Prepare and document workshops


• Participate in proposal preparation and in the further development of our service portfolio in development management.

Requirements

• Completed degree in urban planning, architecture, real estate management, geography, civil engineering or a related field.


• Initial practical experience in urban or district development, project development or real estate consulting is an advantage.


• Understanding of urban planning, economic and organizational development interrelationships.


• Excellent German language skills (min. C1/C2) and good English skills, both written and spoken.


• Very good MS Office skills, confident presentation skills and a structured way of working.

Demonstrates expertise in urban planning and project development, with strong skills in preparing decision-making documents and presentations. Proficient in coordinating interdisciplinary teams and conducting feasibility studies while possessing excellent language skills in German and English.
