In this role you will help grow Havas's e-commerce consulting offer by shaping strategies, building key partnerships, and advancing marketplace setups for clients. You will contribute to the development of local e-commerce expertise, deliver marketing approaches and retail insights, and drive campaign performance across cross-functional teams. The role focuses on turning commerce ambitions into actionable plans and measurable results, with a clear emphasis on collaboration with vendors, content, logistics, and media partners. This is an opportunity to shape e-commerce capabilities and impact client success at scale.

• Develop and present client ecommerce strategies
• Execute the ecommerce strategy with the appropriate resources
• Measure and optimize ecommerce campaign performance
• Ensure client satisfaction and delivery quality
• Collaborate with specialists across Havas
• Engage and leverage partners (vendor services, content creation, logistics, media)
• Support in new business pitches when required
• Contribute to local ecommerce expertise development
• Prepare and present ecommerce best practices and case studies

• 5+ years of professional experience in ecommerce
• E-commerce, Retail, Brand, Advertising background
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or Advertising
• English (Intermediate)
