Consultant KI & Microsoft Business Applications (m/w/d)

You advise companies on the strategic and secure implementation of AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem – from Copilot to Power Platform to Azure OpenAI.

In this role, you combine technological understanding, governance, and change management, guiding customers from the use case idea to productive application.

These are your most important tasks with us:

Holistic AI Consulting for our Customers

• Analysis of existing business processes and identification of AI potential.
• Consulting on use cases with Microsoft 365 Copilot , Dynamics 365 Copilot , Copilot Studio , Azure OpenAI, and other Microsoft AI services.
• Development of AI strategies, roadmaps, and decision‑making bases for customers.
• Support with change management, implementation, and adoption of new AI solutions.

Implementation & Support of AI Projects

• Conducting workshops, use case analyses, and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Configuration, integration, and fine‑tuning of Microsoft AI tools into existing customer environments.
• Creation of concepts, documentation, and best practices.

Compliance, Governance & Security

• Consulting on the secure and responsible use of AI.
• Expertise in the areas of
• Data protection (GDPR).
• Microsoft Purview.
• Copilot Governance & Security.
• Supporting customers in creating AI governance and security concepts.

Collaboration with internal teams

• Close collaboration with Business Central Consultants, Power Platform Experts, and M365 Specialists.
• Internal knowledge preparation, development of standards, training content, and maturity models for AI.
• Support in building the new AI consulting area as a thought leader.

What you bring to the table:

Professional Qualifications

• Experience in consulting on Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure.
• Basic understanding of AI technologies (LLMs, automation, prompting, Copilot architecture).
• Knowledge of compliance, data protection, and IT security within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Experience in conducting workshops and consulting projects.
• Certifications such as:
• Microsoft Certified: AI-900.
• MS-102, SC-900, PL-900, or higher‑level certifications.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or Azure AI Services.
• Practical experience in change or process management.
