Consultant - Manufacturing

In this two-year Operations Excellence Program at McKinsey, you will develop lean manufacturing and operations expertise while solving real client problems. You’ll receive structured training and on-the-job coaching across manufacturing, product development, and supply chain themes, with exposure to a global client base. You’ll work on diverse engagements in Europe, contributing to efficient operations and measurable impact. • Master’s degree required
• Initial experience in Lean Manufacturing or in quality and compliance (Six Sigma, cGMP, remediation)
• proven leadership in work or extracurricular activities
