Consultant - Marketing Software

As a Consultant in Professional Services, you will design and implement Veeva’s Commercial Content solutions for life sciences clients. You’ll lead discovery workshops, translate business needs into actionable designs, and drive the build, test, and deployment of content management platforms. You’ll shape post-launch support and provide SME guidance on Veeva’s Commercial Content apps within the client ecosystem. This role blends consultancy with hands-on delivery to help customers achieve timely, budget-conscious outcomes. You’ll work with cross-functional teams across Europe, contributing to transformative customer outcomes.

• Implement a content management platform for life sciences
• Lead business process discovery and solution design workshops
• Translate client requirements into workable design
• Oversee solution build, testing, and deployment
• Create process documentation and project deliverables
• Plan post-go-live activities and ongoing support
• Provide SME in Veeva’s Commercial Content apps and their fit in customers’ ecosystems

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, project management, account management, or equivalent
• Direct experience with digital content management systems
• Experience with life science customers (pharma, medical device, consumer health)
• Ability to quickly understand requirements and craft corresponding designs
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and delivery partners to ensure high-quality delivery
• Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced, distributed environment
• Eligibility to travel as required
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Fluency in English
• Based in Europe with legal right to work
