Based in Munich, Paris, Milan, Barcelona, Trivandrum, Pune, Singapore, New York, and Minneapolis our dedicated global teams of over 600 consultants share a joint vision: to be the consulting partner of choice for Allianz Group core segments, transforming the future of Allianz from within. Webring deep industrial and functional expertise to fulfill our clients' needs, ranging from strategy, market management, sales and distribution, IT, organization, claims and operations to central functions and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with client teams, taking responsibility for defined tasks and contributing to high‑quality deliverables and the achievement of project milestones.
• Assist in analyzing customer needs related to organizations and teams in developing practical, people‑focused concepts and measures for implementation.
• Contribute to transformation‑related activities, such as improving collaboration, roles, processes, or ways of working, always with a focus on people and culture.
• Enable workshops, meetings, and presentations by preparing content, structuring inputs, and engaging and well‑designed materials.
• Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager.
• Be an active part of internal initiatives at Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing topic development, and team events.

Key Requirements / What We Hope You Bring

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in operational business or management consulting as a Full‑Time Employee.
• Demonstrate knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformation.
• Your passion and first experience in Project Management, Change Management, People & Culture or in one or more areas of Human Resources.
• An affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking.
• Your desire to make a difference and your willingness to grow and be coached.
• Your enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team.
• Your excellent command of English that you will use when preparing and delivering presentations and reports.
• Your previously acquired skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Your curiosity for or knowledge of insurance and financial services and project or change management tools and techniques.
