Consultant (m/f/d) Residential Property Management

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for managing customer projects: from requirements gathering through planning to successful implementation and follow‑up support
• Leading project meetings, steering committees, and regular coordination with customers to ensure transparent and realistic schedules as well as goal‑oriented collaboration
• Identifying customer needs and advising on digital transformation initiatives, as well as supporting customers in the implementation of technology‑based solutions to enable better decision‑making, data analysis, and performance tracking
• Conducting analyses of existing customer systems, processes, and workflows to identify optimization potentials and recommend suitable SaaS products
• Leading and taking responsibility for the implementation and integration of our SaaS product Wodis Yuneo
• Planning and delivering comprehensive technical and professional training, and ensuring successful onboarding of customer teams to guarantee effective use of Wodis Sigma and Wodis Yuneo by their employees
• Building long‑term and sustainable customer relationships as a trusted partner and providing continuous consulting to maximize the benefits of our SaaS products

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as real estate management or business administration
• Preferably experience as a consultant (m/f/d) with expertise in SaaS products
• Solid knowledge of processes in real estate management, for example—but not limited to—property management, financial accounting, rent accounting, operating and heating costs, as well as correspondence
• Familiarity with SaaS products commonly used in the real estate industry, such as property management software, CRM systems, financial tools, and analytics platforms
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective solutions
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective stakeholder management, building customer relationships, and conveying technical concepts effectively to non‑technical audiences
• Experience in project management, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, coordinate resources, as well as project controlling and monitoring
• Experience with Wodis Sigma or Wodis Yuneo products is an advantage
• Very good German and good English language skills
• Willingness to travel (approx. 70%–80%)
