Planung, Durchführung und Evaluierung von Trainings und Workshops in den Bereichen Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz für unsere Kunden Vor-Ort Diagnostik zur Bewertung der aktuellen Sicherheitskultur und Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Lösungen zum Aufbau einer starken Sicherheitskultur in unseren Kundenunternehmen Identifizierung von Risiken, Durchführung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen und Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von präventiven Maßnahmen zur Minimierung von Unfällen und Umweltauswirkungen Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der Umsetzung von Standards und gesetzlichen Vorschriften im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz Regelmäßige Überprüfung und Aktualisierung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien und -verfahren, um sicherzustellen, dass diese den aktuellen Best Practices und gesetzlichen Anforderungen entsprechen Reise regelmäßig zu unseren Kunden im Inland

Was dich besonders macht

Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich Umweltschutz, Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheit oder Nachhaltigkeit Nachgewiesene Erfahrung als H&S Experte mit fundiertem Wissen über gesetzliche Vorschriften und Industriestandards im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltschutz Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops sowie in der Implementierung von Sicherheitskulturen in Unternehmen Analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Problemstellungen zu identifizieren und effektive Lösungen zu entwickeln Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, um effektiv mit Kunden und internen Teams zu kommunizieren Teamplayer mit einer Leidenschaft für Umweltschutz und nachhaltige Unternehmensentwicklung Exzellente Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
