Overview

In this two-year Operations Excellence Program role, you will help clients achieve operational excellence by solving complex problems and shaping end-to-end service operations. You will work within a high-performance, mentorship-driven culture and gain on-the-job coaching plus structured capability-building. You’ll develop in one of six operations specializations while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Europe. The role emphasizes AI-enabled transformation, intelligent automation, and scalable service models to improve client outcomes.

Participate in client engagements, including problem framing, hypothesis testing, analyses, and delivering recommendations
Develop operations expertise through on-the-job coaching and a structured capability-building curriculum
Work on multiple client engagements across various industries and service lines
Contribute to shaping digital agendas and next-generation operating models using AI, GenAI, and agile methods
Assist in developing strategies and roadmaps for digital service operations and integrated systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed emerging technologies across front- and back-office operations
Engage in continuous learning and knowledge development under operations experts within the OEP

Zentrale Anforderungen

Master’s degree
Initial experience or strong interest in AI-powered service innovation (digital solutions, robotics, Generative AI, intelligent agents, AI-native service models)
Proven leadership experience in work or extracurricular activities
Willingness to relocate or work across Europe during the work week
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills in English and the local office language
