In this two-year Operations Excellence Program, you help clients solve operational challenges and design scalable supply chain improvements. You’ll work across client engagements, applying structured problem solving, analyses, and hypotheses to deliver practical recommendations. The program blends on-the-job coaching with a formal capability-building curriculum, accelerating your growth as an operations professional within a global firm. Verantwortungsbereiche

problem solving for clients: identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing analyses, and synthesizing recommendations

Zentrale Anforderungen

Master’s degree and exceptional academics
initial experience in supply chain management (design/implementation of logistics strategy, network design and optimization, transportation, warehouse design and optimization, planning and management processes, modeling and optimization)
proven leadership in work or extracurricular activities
mobility and willingness for European assignments during the work week
exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in English and local office language
