You’re passionate about labor law and confidently tackle complex issues. As a strategic partner, you think from a business perspective and develop practical solutions. Tasks

You will handle all aspects of labor law (individual and collective labor law) and work closely with our HR team
You will provide advice on human rights issues (particularly fact‑finding)
You will serve as the point of contact for the interfaces with the relevant corporate functions, ensuring an efficient flow of information between the corporate level and LGBS
Together with the team, you will further develop our investment structures and the associated governance from a legal perspective. In doing so, you will serve as an advisor to management and the organization (companies and business locations) on legal matters
You will prepare decision‑making documents for management, analyze complex data, and present it in a format suitable for management

Requirements

In-depth knowledge of labor law and, ideally, corporate law; experience in data protection and compliance is a plus
Practical experience in labor law, preferably in an international corporate environment
Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to quickly analyze complex issues and develop pragmatic solutions
Independent, structured, and results‑oriented work style with strong execution skills.
A confident demeanor, as well as diplomacy and strong social and intercultural skills
Strong communication skills, conflict resolution skills, and experience in project management
Fluency in spoken and written German and English
