CONSULTING PARTNER – SAP S/4HANA FINANCE (FICO)

Role Summary

The Consulting Partner – Finance Transformation will lead strategic SAP S/4HANA finance transformation engagements for manufacturing clients across Europe.

The role requires a senior executive advisor capable of engaging CFO organizations, shaping large SAP transformation programs and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Advisory & Client Leadership

• Act as trusted advisor to CFOs, Finance Directors and Controllers.
• Lead finance transformation workshops and business case discussions.
• Define finance operating model transformation strategies.

Presales & Business Development

• Lead finance-focused SAP transformation pursuits.
• Develop solution narratives, value propositions and investment cases.
• Support proposal development and executive presentations.
• Drive consulting revenue and pipeline growth.
• Lead transformation initiatives across:
• Controlling (CO)
• Group Reporting
• Treasury
• Cash Management
• Asset Accounting
• Drive finance process standardization and automation.
• Lead finance transformation governance and value realization.

Required Experience

• 15+ years of SAP and Finance transformation experience.
• Deep SAP FI/CO expertise.
• Experience advising CFO organizations.
• Strong knowledge of global finance processes and controls.
• Proven SAP S/4HANA transformation leadership.
• Experience shaping and winning large transformation deals.
