Do you want to lead a category that won three Effie awards in 2025?

In this role, you will take ownership of Male Grooming — the second largest category within Philips Personal Health CZ&SK — and help shape the next stage of growth for Philips OneBlade .

Philips OneBlade is one of our strongest brands and brings bold, culturally relevant marketing projects to life — from gaming activations such as the Kingdom Come: Deliverance II limited edition to partnerships like OneBlade Naked: Druhá šance .

This role is opened for 2-year fixed contract.

We are looking for a proactive, business-driven marketer with strategic thinking, strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset. Someone who can turn consumer and market insights into growth opportunities, challenge the status quo and bring fresh ideas that will take the category further.

You are responsible for:

• Leading the local strategy and growth agenda for Male Grooming.
• Owning category performance, P&L management, business KPIs and A&P budget.
• Turning market, consumer and sales data into growth opportunities.
• Driving 360° campaigns and special projects across media, digital and retail touchpoints.
• Leading New Product Introduction plans and ensuring portfolio relevance.
• Collaborating with CEE markets to share learnings, build synergies and scale best practices.
• Connecting teams and agencies to deliver strong execution and business impact.

• You take ownership and can drive projects across teams, agencies and markets.
• You bring curiosity, energy and fresh thinking to the table.
• You bring 3–4+ years of experience in brand, category or consumer marketing.
• You communicate fluently in Czech and English, both spoken and written.
• You have a university degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• You are confident working with MS Office — PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
