The Content Practice, inside the Marketing pillar of Song, partners with clients to capture, create, produce and localize content as efficiently and effectively as possible. We work across industries, bringing consulting, transformations, production services, and globally‑delivered, technology‑powered, managed services to content capture, creation and production.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and forward‑thinking Manager, Generative AI & Content Transformation to join our Content workstream. This leader will shape how our clients leverage AI to modernize content operations, improve workflows, and adopt next‑generation marketing and content technologies.

• Brings a blend of generative AI fluency, consulting experience, client delivery expertise, and a deep understanding of content operations at scale.
• This is not an AI engineering role; it focuses on translating AI capabilities into business‑ready solutions, guiding teams, and engaging clients.
• As a manager, you will advise clients strategically and lead high‑impact solution development and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Content Automation and GenAI – Consulting and Delivery

• Understand GenAI tools and content ecosystem technologies.
• Evaluate and differentiate platforms such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, M365 Copilot, Writer, FireFly, ChatGPT, Adobe Workfront, AEM, etc.
• Research emerging AI tools and propose solutions based on client needs, data, and constraints.
• Translate AI concepts into client‑friendly language and educate stakeholders.
• Lead and support delivery of GenAI proofs of concept, prototypes, and pilot programs.
• Stay abreast of AI, content technology, and next‑gen marketing trends to benefit clients.

Content Transformation

• Assess client content ecosystems, including creation workflows, governance, CMS/DAM systems, metadata, and taxonomies.
• Partner with strategy, technology, and operations teams to re‑imagine processes using automation, AI, and modern tooling.
• Help clients build modernization roadmaps with Accenture capability groups.
• Support design of scalable workflows and operating models enabled by AI.

Delivery & Team Leadership

• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality client work.
• Manage and mentor junior members, fostering curiosity, experimentation, and learning.
• Apply Agile, rapid prototyping, and iterative delivery methodologies.

Client Engagement & Business Development

• Act as a trusted advisor, communicating GenAI concepts, opportunities, risks, and solution options.
• Support business development through RFP responses, proposal creation, solutioning, and case studies.
• Identify new opportunities to apply GenAI and content transformation solutions.
• Contribute to thought leadership, client workshops, and strategic planning discussions.

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of client‑facing consulting or digital transformation experience, including:
• Hands‑on research, evaluation, and application of content automation or AI tools.
• Delivery of GenAI prototypes or POCs (non‑technical).
• Deep understanding of AI fundamentals, prompt engineering basics, model capabilities/limitations, safety, and responsible AI.
• Familiarity with content transformation, workflows, and supply chains.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
• Curiosity, continuous learning mindset, enthusiasm for emerging technologies.
• Experience managing or leading delivery workstreams across capabilities and geographies.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience with enterprise content systems (CMS, DAM, PIM, content automation platforms).
• Exposure to content metadata design, modeling, or structured content.
• Excellent oral and written communication with strong interpersonal skills.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
