Content Creator, Full-time

• You independently produce content for our social media channels — from planning and filming/photographing to publishing.
• You photograph and film our natural 2-week tattoos for Instagram, TikTok and other digital channels — both in spontaneous moments and in planned shoots.
• You create creative Reels, TikToks, Stories and other social formats using Instagram, Canva and video-editing tools such as CapCut or Final Cut Pro.
• You independently carry out briefings and develop your own ideas for high-performing, trend-relevant content.
• You analyze the performance of your content and derive optimization opportunities for future posts.
• You work closely with our Creative Strategist and support the execution of creative campaigns.
• You monitor current social media trends, creator formats and platform developments and proactively introduce new ideas to the company.

Requirements

• You are studying media, marketing, communications or a comparable field — or you convince us with your talent and experience.
• You are familiar with the requirements and specifics of platforms like Instagram, TikTok and other social media channels.
• You don’t just use social media privately but actively follow trends, creator formats and successful content.
• You have initial experience in photo, video or content production.
• You have knowledge of tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Instagram or Final Cut Pro.
• You understand the differences between UGC, organic content and performance-oriented video ads.
• You work independently, reliably and bring a high degree of initiative.
• You have a good sense for current trends, visual design and digital storytelling.
• You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Ideally, you can start on short notice.
