Content Creator – Social Media

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the editorial calendar across all social media channels
• Independently produce and edit content: video, photo, and graphics
• Timely identification of trends and brand-relevant adaptation
• Actively build and nurture our community
• Conceptualize and support video campaigns with high engagement potential
• Conduct interviews with our founding team and external guests
• Prepare, edit, and post‑produce our podcast
• Regular performance analysis of content

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in social media and content creation — ideally in a D2C, FMCG, or lifestyle environment
• Alternatively: a completed degree or vocational training in media, communications, or marketing with relevant practical experience
• Strong understanding of major social platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• Independent, organized, and results-oriented working style
• Confident use of common tools for video editing, image editing, and content planning
• A genuine love for dogs and strong motivation
