Content Creator & Social Media Manager (m/f/d)

The Dopamine Studio is a boutique fitness brand in Kreuzberg: boxing, strength, and recovery at Heat House, our sauna and ice bath space. We partner with adidas, run our own events, and our second location opens soon.

We're looking for a Content Creator to own Instagram for The Dopamine Studio and Heat House. You're in the studio daily, phone in hand, capturing what actually happens here. You shoot it, edit it, post it, and answer the DMs.

What you’ll do

Run the content calendar for both brands
Shoot and edit phone‑first Reels, photos, and Stories, live in the studio
Plan shoot days with our freelance videographer
Own DMs, comments, and community
Create graphics using our Canva brand kit

The role

32h/week, on‑site in Kreuzberg, schedule built around class times (mornings and evenings on, middays free). Free training at dopamine and Heat House plus adidas gear. Start ASAP, the role grows with us.
